Not all luxury brands have the same attitude, my experience with Prada was unbelievable more than I expected.

As much as it pains me to write this I feel it's my duty to do so. It breaks my heart and shatters my dream but after what I am about to share with you I feel I cannot bring myself to buy a pair of Christian Louboutins after the way a customer was mislead and treated.

I must let you know that I emailed Louboutin head office a month ago and asked them to comment on this situation but am still waiting for a response.

There will be a happy story at the end of this; my personal experience with Prada about a pair of shoes I bought 8 years ago from Florence.
